A Little About Margaret’s Background…

Margaret’s passion for health and fitness started early, leading her to a career dedicated to helping others feel their best. She first worked as a wellness consultant, guiding people on nutrition and healthy habits, before transitioning into personal training during college. Since then, she has spent years refining her skills, specializing in strength training, corrective exercise, and mobility work.

Beyond fitness, Margaret values balance in all areas of life. She enjoys yoga for both its physical and mental benefits, believing that strength and flexibility go hand in hand. She is also a certified nutrition coach, helping clients make realistic adjustments to their diets without restrictive approaches. Her focus is always on long-term well-being, not quick fixes.

Outside of training, Margaret loves staying active outdoors, experimenting with new workout techniques, and continuously learning about the latest health and fitness trends. She takes pride in celebrating her clients’ progress and helping them develop not just physical strength but a resilient mindset that carries over into every aspect of life.

I started working as a trainer during college specializing in weight management. Prior to that I worked as a wellness consultant focusing on diet and supplements plans.

Weight loss, weight management, corrective exercise, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, yoga and balance, mobility and flexibility & recovery. Pre-habilitation and post-rehabilitation.
